My passion and mission are to support communities around the production and sharing of honest food.
I grew up on a farm and have spent my entire life in food -
working the fields,
cooking at restaurants,
teaching everywhere, and
writing at coffee houses.
I provide marketing and education programs for food businesses (here is a list of my clients).
I headed the Culinary Education Center at Whole Foods Market.
I led hundreds of cooking and healthy lifestyle programs.
I also co-authored two culinary books, the latest is Jewish Soul Food From Minsk to Marrakesh with Janna Gur.
